Movo AI (“we”, “our”, or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application (the “Service”).
1.1 We do not use third-party AI services 1.2 Facial data is user-provided and used only for feature functionality 1.3 We do not sell or monetize personal data 1.4 Data retention is limited to 30 days maximum 1.5 Users can delete data at any time 1.6 Account deletion is available in-app or via email
Images and photos uploaded by you (including facial images)
AI-generated outputs
Support communications
Device information (model, OS version)
Usage data (features accessed, session duration)
Log data (IP address, timestamps, crash reports)
We use the following services:
Firebase (analytics and performance monitoring)
Singular (attribution and campaign tracking)
CDN providers (content delivery optimization)
These services collect limited technical data to support app functionality and improvement.
3.1 To provide core features (e.g., image-to-video generation)
3.2 To process and deliver user-requested content
3.3 To improve performance and user experience
3.4 To analyze usage and optimize functionality
3.5 To ensure security and prevent misuse
4.1 The Service uses internally developed AI models only 4.2 No third-party AI services are used 4.3 User data is processed solely to generate requested outputs 4.4 We do NOT:
Use your data to train AI models
Perform automated profiling
Conduct identity recognition
5.1 Facial images are processed only when voluntarily uploaded by users
5.2 Processing is strictly limited to feature functionality
5.3 We explicitly confirm:
No facial recognition or identity verification
No biometric identification
No use for AI model training
No selling or sharing of facial data
6.1 User data is retained for no longer than 30 days 6.2 Data is automatically deleted after the retention period 6.3 Users may delete content at any time within the Service
Users can delete their content directly within the App
Navigate to: Settings → Delete Account

9.1 The Service may include purchases and subscription plans 9.2 Payments are processed via Google Play 9.3 We do not collect or store payment information 9.4 Subscription management is handled through the Google Play account
